Allow up to 5-7 business days for processing. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 3-10 business days. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees, at buyer's expense.
PRE-ORDER & PRE-SALE SHIPPING
Ledger Nash Co will ship out everything together in your cart that is purchased during a pre-order sold out item. If you have other items in your cart that are in stock, but order a pre-order design, the whole cart will be shipped whenever the pre-order tees are printed and ready to ship. If you want your other items shipped that are in stock, please start a new order and they will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
FREE LOCAL PICKUP
Ledger Nash will start out by offering free local pickup only in Downtown Indianapolis. We will contact each customer after order comes in about pick-up times and location information.
Ledger Nash is currently not shipping any International packages. We will update this page when it becomes available to shoppers.
If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by UPS or USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address.
Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in Indiana within 3-5 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when you place your order. Once the package has tracking and/or delivered, Ledger Nash Co is not responsible for package, and you will have to follow up with USPS. Please note that delivery times do not include additional delays due to weather, weekend delivery, or delays due to major holidays. Holidays may cause a slight delay in packages being delivered. We will also let you know if the team needs additional time to create your order, depending on sizing and quantities.
